G4 Station Reviews

Very friendly staff, they allowed me to keep my bag at the hostel before check-in and on the day I left. Security is quite good as each level requires a key card to enter. Has laundry facilities and a good breakfast in the morning. Only two things I didn't like: The shower head was not attached to the wall so to have a shower you have to hold the shower head. Also the bathroom sinks do not have hot water which can be annoying.

The grand ol' girl ain't what she used to be. Had the pleasure of staying hear three years ago, and it was a great property then. However, it's become obvious that the hostel owners haven't maintained that same level of quality - failing to invest in good upkeep, both financial and intangable. As a consequence, fittings and fixtures haven't been maintained to working condition; and the property really lacks the vibrance, atmosphere and quality staff it once had. Servicable but needs work.

The best thing about this G4 Station is location - just a minute walk to MRT (Little India Station) and many bus stops. You can find affordable food around this place. My favorite one is just walk across the street. In every floor, G4 provides washer and dryer machine; however, I have never tried it yet. I enjoyed staying there very much. The only thing downside is the noise from the restaurant behind the hostel where my room just right above it until midnight.
