They upgrade me to Nutsplace which is exactly great place to live. Just right down the city, and everything in the hostel is so nice, especially they've got steam room. The hostel is just like home:)

We (2 male, 1 female - 4 bed mixed dorm) definitely enjoyed our stay at Gidic Hostel. The staff was nice and helped out with all info about Tallinn's locations, tours and supermarkets. Our room was quiet and clean, beds and linen was okay. Shoes are not allowed in the hostel rooms, but there are enough slippers for the guests. That's a good idea so the floor stays clean. You can't lock the rooms but you get a padlock for 5€ deposit (you get it back after your stay). Conclusion: Nice hostel!

Stayed at The Nut's Place, very clean and had the character of a shared flat (6+2+2 people, shared living room/kitchen area), beds were swaying like a ship when someone turned around. Finnish Sauna was great, not even 5 min walk to old town entrance. Medium level of luxury for minimum price. Great!

We had quadruple room, but to get it one needed to go through two other rooms. There was also mould in the room. Location is very good if you need to sightsee old town and get to ferry terminal as we did.

They need better curtains in the room, our room wasn't dark at all.

The people who run this hostel are awesome, - very informative and extremely helpful. This is not a party hostel, it's more relaxed and the people who stay here, more chilled. It's like coming home to a family. If you want to party or stay closer to the city, you should probably stay somewhere else but I recommend this place :)

The staff is really nice, showed us everything to see in the city, restaurants to go, gave us a map. the sitting room is nice, with a big tv, the bedrooms and toilets are clean. The hostel is cited in the city center near from all sight seeings.

Good hostel, easy to find, not in Old Town so nice and quiet at night. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

It was a very cheap hostel and that's the reason we booked it. Everything was very clean inside and staff was very friendly too. From the outside the building looks like crap but from inside it's very nice. For not much money a good hostel

We booked 3 nights in GIDIC but we cancelled the second two nights. We supposed to have 4-bed room. We had this type of room, that was OK, but there was a fact that the entrance to our room was through an 8-bed dorm what was very uncomfortable. Second point our room stank. There was some smell of some very strong spray. We felt sick of it. The room was bad-looking. The window was almost broken. There was no trash can and there were small flies in the room. There were too many rules.

The guys, who run the hostel, are very nice. They help you with everything for example ordering a taxi, inform you about the sightseeing points. The breakfast is not as good as they say. It\'s fresh cake and a croissant out of a plastic bag from the supermarket. Nothing is homemade... It\'s very sweet, but the price of 2,99 € is okay.there are just 2 Bathrooms for all the guest - so you have to wait in the morning, a little. All in all, it\'s still one of teh best hostels i have been!! Thumbs up!!
