Hostel is centrally located only a short walk from old town & an easy busride from train station to the front door of hostel(especially when personally greeted by staff at station). Wifi was not working & internet very slow, however Gabriel very accommodating, even driving us directly to our Bucharest airport hotel for a very reasonable price. Would recommend for value for money. This is newly renovation hostel with 80% complete. The beds look new. Mattresses are very good. It is very clean. However, the kitchen is not finished for renovation. There are only few stools in kitchen. The TV is above the sink in the Kitchen. There is not common area,yet. Internet is allowed only for 15 minutes.This is newly renovation hostel with 80% complete. This is an excellent place. Flavia is a perfect host, is very helpful with buses, trains etc and speaks excellent English. The double room with ensuite is in fact a small apartment and is excellent value. Highly recommended.This is an excellent place. I\'ve never stayed at a hostel before and this was a great first impression. Gabriel was able to give a lot of fasinating history of the area and recomended amazing places to eat. He knew his stuff and was very fair in price and accomodation. He\'ll even act as a tour guide so you get a lot more out of the trip. The hostel is currently under renovation so the inside is all new and very comfortable. Good location relative to the old town,literally across the road from the last stop for the bus 51,as I found out later,where the bus does a U-turn on its route.Good for daytrips,Gabriel gives thorough explanation of Brasov and surrounding sights including what to see/how to get there.Also offers day trips but if you'd rather go it alone will still give you the info. I stayed here with my dad and it worked out great. Gabriel was super friendly and was able to help us with any information we needed. The place is brand new and VERY well maintained. It's easy to find and has good location. I would choose this hostel if I were to go to Brasov again.I stayed here with my dad and it worked out great. A nice quiet place to stay. It has undergone renovations recently so room and bathrooms are clean and modern, but still some work to do.
