Apart from the dated decor, red swirly carpets and curtains, this is an excellent, reasonably priced, clean guesthouse. Nice view of the city, the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Jessica who changed our room at our request. Breakfast excellent with home baked cakes and scones. Valerie reminded me as we prepared to return to Dublin that we were leaving 'the Real Capital of Ireland'. Can't argue with that.
