Lovely hostel. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. Really friendly welcome and there was everything we needed, we were well catered for. It's a quiet hostel so would be good if you are looking for some a relaxing time or if you are with a group of friends. The location couldn't have been better. Everything was within walking distance and it was easy to get from the train station and to the airport. It was so quiet whilst we were there it felt like we had our own apartment. 100% recommend.

The staff was amazing... very great recommendations for things to see and places to eat.

Great hostel for small groups or couples. We stayed in a three bed room, felt like we had our own flat. The kitchen was well equipt. The staff were brilliant, very helpful with great advice. Wouldn't say it was a good set up to meet other travellers, but that wasnt an issue for us. Loved our stay would stay again.

Gaia Guesthouse is a great little hostel at a perfect location within the lively districts. Its small scale and terribly kind staff makes it a joy to stay.

Very comfortable and clean hostel right in the heart of Budapest!

Great stay at this hostel. Gaia is run by a woman named Judit who is extremely helpful and easy on the eye too. The location is okay, less than a minute from the nearest metro underground stop.

Great location, one minute from Astoria station basically in Budapest center. The owner is very kind, and upon arrival we were given refreshments and talked through cheapest places to eat and local attractions. She encouraged us to socialize and introduced us to the other travelers. Room was very nice and comfortable. Two nice shower rooms and two toilets on our side of the accommodation, more on the other side. Extremely affordable, best value for money of our trip.

Lovely place, it was like being home Good located, really comfortable and clean, just ten minutes far from the party

This is the best Hostel in Budapest, not only because of the great location and comfortable rooms, but mainly because of the service provided by the owner, which has been amazing. Thanks for everything.
