The people were extremely nice! They also gave us recommendations for restaurants and helped to book tours as well. The breakfast was delicious!

Good location among other hostels. Not overly lively while I was there however due to it's location this didn't matter. Good private room with ensuite bathroom for an even better price. Breakfast was great and the family who runs the place treat you like family. Can't go wrong at Natural Life!

The place feels like a home thanks to lovely old lady and her family. They speak very little English but is enough to make you feel welcome. Rooms are big and clean. Upstairs has two clean bathrooms with warm water. The breakfast is delicious. Location is very good: one block from bars but very quiet. Wifi was working and the connection was quite fast. We went there one day too early and they gave us empty dorm room just for us. Very recommended place to stay even for families.

Good location far enough away from the noise of Mariscal but close enough for facilities. Very accomodating staff even with communication challenges. We spent 3 separate nights in 3 separate rooms some with and some without ensuite bath. The ensuite baths did not have consistent hot showers however we simply used the common showers after getting caught in the rain. A great value for a base from which to explore Quito and Ecuador.
