EXPENSIVE When we arrived the bedroom wasn't ready, so they cleaned it very quickly, and maybe not very well, the bedroom was very little and the bathroom as well but even more it was DARK. The breakfast was supposed to start at 8.00, so we wanted to have it and to go quicly to the airport...but we had to wait until 8.20, wich was bad, but the breakfast was delicious fortunately! 2 waitress on 4 were unable to speak any basic english, wich was strange for a restaurant/hotel centrally located.

The room was very big and cosy (but I must say that we got the family room instead of the double room because of a overbooking), with a nice view and all the amenities. Good breakfast in the nice café overlooking the street, convenient location (both for the monuments and the nightlife, close to tram and ferry), helpful staff. I was completely satisfied, one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed in.

The room was freezing cold when we arrived. It was late at night, so we had no choice but to stay. The A/C was insufficient. The room was small. The bed was not "double" as we had reserved for, but two twins, w/ a dusty sheet. The phone was not working so we had to go back down to the reception to ask for a double-bed room. We were declined, although I guess only one other room was occupied then. The breakfast was mediocre, but we did not expect for more, given the price, which was cheap.

Great hostel to stay durring your vocation. I liked it very much becauce of excellent service, staff and of cource price per night. Very friendful staff.

Pros: Great location, delicious breakfast ,friendly staff, good price Cons:We had a double room which was really small, also bathroom.

The stuff was very polite and helpful. Turkish breakfast with pankake - good taste! Recommend it to travellers from 2-4 persons.

We loved every minute of our stay! Staff was extremely helpful, the place is very charming and clean and you can hardly beat the location. Not a 5star hotel, but you cannot expect it for the price. If you want a bed linen change every night, go somewhere else. Our room was thoroughly cleaned twice during 6 nights. We got privacy of a hotel and worm, cozy, clean and quiet hideout in the middle of vibrant Biyoglu quarter. That was enough for a perfect city break accommodation in Istanbul.

no room service for 4 days of staying, too noisy when you're on the 1.floor, you can hear every single noise ,and especially when the hotel owner's family members intent to give a birthday party at the so-called sitting area which is right next to your room.after all it has a decent breakfast, and perfect location.
