My husband and I had a lovely time at Galeazzi-Basily B&B. It was nice to be in such a cozy home that really did feel like 'home away from home.' We liked that we were in a neighborhood and not right in the city center but were also in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The owners were super helpful in making suggestions, answering questions and offering to book excursions/restaurant reservations, etc.

Friendly and convenient place to stay. Free tea and coffee all day. Free use of PC and wi-fi. Comfortable rooms. We stayed in the main house which was warm and relaxed. Bathroom shared between only 2 rooms so no problem with sharing.

I couldn't imagine a better place to stay. It's quiet, relaxed, very friendly and homely. There are lots of DVDs and books to enjoy by the fire in the lounge, and the owners could not be more helpful. And it's great value.

On the whole we had a nice stay, however for the money we would have hoped for a better bed (sponge mattress in one of the rooms). Also although Ushuaia is very safe and the house is in a quiet neighbourhood, we would have liked to have had locks on the bedroom doors. Basic breakfast, but good kitchen facilities and a homely feel to the house. Great cabin. The owners are helpful and friendly and attended to our needs. It's fairly close, walking distance to the centre passing the supermarket.

The hosts were great - very helpful and answered any questions we had, plus offered many helpful suggestions. House is timber and very tasteful. Twin rooms not large but adequate and comfortable beds. Location is just out of town for a friendly atmosphere, easy to get to. Would stay there again.

We really appreciated the warmth of our hosts, Alejandro and Francis, as well as their three sons. They seemed honestly concerned with our trip and experience with them.

Hosts were wonderful! They truly made us feel that we had a home away from home. The home was very clean. Room was small with two big suitcases but there was a wardrobe to hang clothes. It worked out very well for our plans.
