very upset at what happened, i booked in july on my debit card paying a 10% deposit the balance was to be paid on arrival. my card expired at the end of july and on the day i was due to fly i had an email to say my card was invalid and my reservation was no good this left me with an hour to find alternative accomodation before i set off to luton airport why did they try and take the money before my arrival and how do i get my deposit back
