staff very unfriendly and not helpful, beds like concrete and no atmosphere - its just a room with lots of beds above a deserted bar, and only 1 shower between 16... go across the road to dancing elephant instead!

we stayed at the dorm for the full moon party, was an amazing location, 2 mins from the beach! the guy that owns it, benny, was soooo nice and super helpful. we had a strange drunk guy stay which was pretty scary, but benny took care of it straight away and he was kicked out. would definately recomend!

overpriced, dirty i woke up in the morning with a layer of bamboo dust caked on me and my belongings, staff couldnt have been less helpful. bailed after one night!

The Location is good but the Rooms is Awful! It's 15 beds in a small room with 1 bathroom. There were some kind of sawdust everywhere and we told both the owner and the cleaninglady to clean it but they didn't. We payed for the whole stay at ones and when we wanted to check out early they kept 20%. Really bad place DON'T stay there.

terrible, terrible place!!! it is so expensive, filthy and the staff were terrible! All 7 of us who were booked in and went to oasis bungalows just around the road, cheaper and soooo much better!

I have never been to Haad Rin but I was fairly disappointed with this place. They jacked up the prices from 110 to 550 for full moon and the showers and sink had no water for our last 1.5 days there. The guy was fairly nice but the lady was grumpy and continuously tried to get more money out of us. Luckily, we had our booking confirmation to prove to her we didn't owe them more money.

We stayed here outwith 'full moon' period, which made the dorm beds just over $3 each- surely the best value on the whole island. Really quiet whilst we were there, so would certainly not recommend to anyone travelling alone (if u want to make friends). Fantastic staff! really nice and helpful...special thanks to the guy from BURMA!!!!! ;) Would definately visit this place again.
