Amazing hostel. Super friendly staff who make you feel like home!

The location of the hostel is it's biggest asset. The hostel does not have any lifts so if you are accomodated on the top floors you may find it difficult to bring your heavy luggage to the room. We were staying in room with an ensuite bathroom which was perfect option. One thing to complain is the beds - they are really noisy and squeaky and the mattress are really uncomfortable (you can feel the springs).

Mattresses are old and creaky. Even though it was clean the bathroom needed a new shower curtain and a vent there was always water on floor. Nice staff

Awesome place.

Very good hostel! The beds are confortable, the kitchen has everything you really need and the staff is nice! The only thing I would have to say is that it would be very nice ro have access to free lockers... The hostel is at a 2 min walk feom the gorgeous Hyde Park, I recommend!

Great hostel, with amazing staff. Free breakfast, wifi, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Good facilities. Couldn't be happier from a hostel.

The location is perfect, an the staff are lovely. However I found it really nosey at night. You have to have to do up your own bed, which is fine. However it was greatly disturbing when a another girl came in at 1am to do up her bed, which woke everyone up!

Overall a very convenient place to stay at London. The staff's super nice. Rooms and toilets are kept very tidy, didn't have problems with my mattress. The location might appear to be far from top sights, but for the price's actually very good, took me 45 min walk through the Hyde park to the big ben. Strong wifi at the rooms and free breakfast with toasts, cereal and milk. There're not lots of bathrooms, so you might have to qeue in the morning for them, unless you book a ensuite room!

The location was great (lots of supermarkets and shops and 3-minute walk to Hyde Park). The staff was awesome. I really liked wifi in the rooms and free lockers, perfect for keeping a laptop. The kitchen and free breakfast were also good. There just a few bathrooms and you might need to queue in the morning to have a shower.

good location, close to the tube (zone 1); tesco, spar just around the corner and kensington gardens across the street. no lift, so if you are on the 4th floor you have to drag your luggage all the way up the stairs, luckily my bag wasn't that heavy ;) everything else was fine.

Staff were all so amazingly friendly, it was like coming home at the end of a long day. Stayed in so many places where they treat you like a customer, here they treated you like a friend! Wish I remembered the name of the guy who checked us in, he was awesome! Location was perfect, private room was excellent value for price paid, breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The hostel has a very good location. Its a 3 min walk to the Tube Station Bayswater or Queensway. The room was very small and even a double/twin room has a bunk bed. There is a lot of stairs which seems like a maze. Its very poor that there is only 3 showers and 2 toilets for so many rooms/beds. But the most disappointing thing is the cleanliness. Especially the bathrooms and showers were filthy. Nevertheless it was ok for 2 nights in a twin room!

Excellent value in terms of price and location ,I stayed there just to recall my memories of 30 years back when I stayed in the same accommodation in 1985.

Nice hostel in great location right at Hyde Park. Staff is very friendly and helpful, price is okay for what you get. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but kitchen facilities are great. Would recommend it for short trip to London because you get to all tourist locations easily.

Very good hostel. It is in an excellent location!! All the staff were nice, it was quite clean, the kitchen area was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

The bed's were old and uncomfortable, the bathrooms were dirty and the floor was wet every time I went in. The staff wasn't very friendly and I didn't feel that it was a social environment.

Great staff. Friendly and approachable, thanks for your trvale advice!

Nice staff. Decent kitchen. The most uncomfortable mattress I've even slept on (springs sticking into your back). Creaky beds. Hot water was turned off (downstairs) after midnight. No lockers in the room but small ones (for valuables) available in the common room.

Very nice location and friendly people, the only thing is that the toilets are not so hygienic and so is the kitchen.

Very good hostel. But they don't have a lift. I had to carry my luggage to 4th floor by stairs which was crazy!
