my second stay here. Mattress pretty bad (springs pressing against the body), staff ok, kitchen a big bonus. The bathroom was very clean this time. Excellent location. Apart from the mattress a good deal.

The staff are the best, they are very friendly and the whole hostel is young travelers-friendly. They allow you to chill there in the reception area with the wifi and heat, even if you've checked out or haven't booked yet. They also allow you to put your luggage there for free to pick up whenever you want, and free securing of your valuables. For young travelers aged in their 20's this is the best place to stay in central london.

very noisy place, especially if you stay on the ground floor, after 6 am one else sleeps with so many people slamming the doors! excellent wifi

Great hostel this was my second time staying here! Less than a 5 minute walk from Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and Hyde Park. Great location to see all the sites, excellent hostel. Very friendly people here, never had any complaints!

The location of this hostel was fantastic. It was great value for money and one of the better hostels that I have stayed at in London.

Friendly staff, great location right opposite Hyde Park and down the road from Notting Hill and markets, etc. Bit of a maze to find the room but that was no big deal. Enjoyed my stay!

Location is superb for the price we paid! Tube is just 1 minute away. Room was ok and the breakfast was basic but ok. It's not one of the most lively hostels I've ever stayed at but we were not looking for that because we were travelling with a group of 6 friends. Lockers in the room would be great! Would go there again for a couple of nights.

It's a great hostel, I liked it a lot :). I would just ask to pay a little more of attention on the cleaning of the bathrooms.

Very nice hostel with amazing rooms. It is warm and clean. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. The location is good since there are lots of busses which take you to wherever you want and Oxfordstreet/ Notting Hill/ Hyde Park are very close. Go there and you won't be disappointed!

The location and near by amenities are excellent and really can't recommend this place enough for those alone. The staff were all kind and very helpful.

Great location and very reasonable price! The interior of the hostel is very new, clean and tidy but the kitchen area is rather small.

The breakfast could be a little bit better (at least juice? slice of cheese/ham per person) - not everyone are fans of sweet breakfast. Apart of that everything was good :) Staff is very nice. Possibility to lend adapters FTW.

PRO'S- It's VERY easy to find which was great as I arrived to London at night & was a bit anxious on finding the place in the dark but its literally a min away. I was impressed with the common room, free WIFI, great location, beautiful building, free breakfast, toasty warm inside. Good hostel! CONS- TINY bathrooms, if you're on the top level there are SOOOOOOOO many stairs to the top, no elavator and no computers to use if you didn't bring a laptop. I also found it not a very sociable hostel :(

Stayed up in the hostel to do uni work. It was cheap, fairly clean and friendly. Great location in central London only a short tube journey to the rest of London. Would recommend

Very nice hostel in a beautifully kept old building. Friendly young staff, cozy atmosphere, good value for money. However, in our room, it was very warm at night and a bit loud due to music from the lounge and street noise. So if you're a light sleeper, don't forget your earplugs.
