The staff is really really helpful! Very small rooms, but conditioner work well. Dirty mattress. There are no towels and you need to make your bed yourself. Poor breakfast... In whole - the place to stay for one night, because of the location!)

The rooms were a litle bit small but the resto was perfect. Really nice place and well located.

Liked our stay here, only problem was that a few in our group had issues connecting to wifi the whole time we were there. But would recommend!

This hostel is the best location you can get for your money in Bilbao. It's right downtown and easy to get to all of the main sits and bars. Although the staff wasn't overly helpful and the hostel itself didn't offer tours or other activities, the common area was a great place to meet and hang out with fellow travelers. Definitely would recommend to a friend, just make sure to book early because it fills up quickly!

The upper floor hostel is constantly humid, probably due to the improperly ventilated washer/drier room.

Pretty mediocre overall. Did the job but the staff wasn't very friendly, rooms were tiny & cramped, and breakfast was sad.

good place - would recommend!!

Very pleasant stay. Particular praise is reserved for Antonida, who was extremely helpful, friendly and by far the easiest person to converse with in my very limited grasp of Spanish during my stay.

Great place! Well located near the old town. Great communal spaces with sofas and couches and games (although people didn't use them during my stay). My room (4bed) was a bit tight but the new and extremely clean facilities made up for that. Would definitely return again!

I stayed in Ganbara hostel for 3 night. It s very good and clean hostel. The beds are good, lockers in the room, very clean facilities. Good breakfast and a really nice relax meeting area. free computers. good wifi in rooms The location is really perfect. Its in the old town, and less then 5 min walk to the metrostation. From the Bus terminal you get on the metro and its less then 10 min to get to the metrostation close to the hostel, From the hostel its easy to discover to city by walking

All good in there in general. I slept in the female room and it was a clean good room. There was respect when sleeping time came in the hostel. Excellent breakfast and the sheets were included in the price.

So hot&uncomfortable! I had to sleep on couch in common area by a window. So stifling! Also, loud girls that turn on lights&are loud when u r trying to sleep!

The pictures made this hostel look a lot newer and cleaner than I actually found it. The bathrooms in the room weren't super clean and the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was really helpful but because of it's location right near the old town it got a bit loud at night.

Very helpful staff, lockers with locks included, big downstairs area with a kitchen, tables, couches, a TV, and even board games. Breakfast was simple but good (fruit, toast, cereal). The rooms could use more outlets (we just had a power strip in ours), but besides that no complaints! Great location. Would recommend!

It would have been great if the hostel tried to organize more activities among the hostel, maybe by having a walking tour or pub crawl. Bilbao isn't a very touristy city, so it was difficult to meet people or know what to see.

Really great place to stay in Bilbao! the location is perfect, within walking distance to most attractions including the Guggenheim. It's in the old part of town which is nice because it feels fairly local but is still good for people watching with a glass of cheap wine. The staff was also very friendly and always available.

Hostel was fine and located in the middle of the old town making it an easy walk everywhere. Not a lot of atmosphere and the crowd was a mix of older travellers and a group of primary school kids! Facilities were nothing special.

I loved my stay in Ganbarra Hostel. The location was perfect, in the city center, and it was all really clean. Because of that, it was a really noisy in the street, but this wasn't really a problem for us! The bathroom was really clean and the staff really nice! Breakfast was good too! Great Hostel!

Very nice hostel with good facilities and value for money. Very close to the old part of Bilbao for enojoyment.

The staff at this hostel make it really special! Super friendly, helpful and always smiling! The facilities are fantastic, clean and great value for money, as well as a perfect location in the old town. There is no reason to stay anywhere else when in Bilbao!
