The accommodation is very secluded, peaceful and basic. A fantastic retreat after the noise of Phnom Penh. We stayed in a hut on stilts; lovely but found it noisy at night with music from the village and call to prayer early in the morning - take earplugs! Food menu is extensive and the food exceptionally good. Lovely friendly couple who own and run the place. My one 'constructive criticism' is perhaps hold off on the loud reggae first thing in the morning...kind of ruins the vibe.

Thanks a lot for your nice review. Sorry for the loud morning reggae... we have been switching to more chill/ambiant tunes following your advice. Please, next time just tell us you would like the music lower, we definitely would have lower it if we knew it was bothering you.

If you wanne treat your travelling soul, Ganesha is the place for you. I booked a single room in the main house but showed up with 2 more people which I met on the bus. Upon arrival i have been greeted warmly with "we have been waiting for you, annika" - we managed to get everybody in although they have been booked out. if you are into dub, reggae and related music this is your place. it is truely relaxing and very clean - also very safe. recommendable for young at hearts.

A very warm welcome, and a lovely hotel to stay at. A lot of charming and unique features. Truly an enjoyable experience, and highly recommended for a stay in Kampot.

We loved our stay! It's a short journey out of Kampot ($4 on a Tuk Tuk). Lovely riverside yurts, great value for money and some of the best food we ate in Cambodia!

Absolutely loved it here! We were worried when we were taken to Ganesha as it seemed so far away from Kampot but the location is brilliant, Stephanie and Emannuel can't do enough to make you stay perfect. All the types of accommodation look fantastic. Food slightly dearer but the quality supasses all other food options! I would not hesitate going back and would recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful setting, fabulous place! We stayed in the "Tower" with our 2 boys (ages 13 and 11) and absolutely loved it. We took a canoe ride on the small river-way they have located on the property, enjoyed the fantastic views, and loved the out of the way location. Immanuel and Stephanie were great hosts and the food and service was impeccable. We would definitely recommend this place! We have wonderful memories of our time there.
