Garden Opera was decent for what we payed, but the mattress was really worn out and the shower head didn't have a clip to hold it on the wall of the shower. The area of town was a little sketchy during the day when the salons were open, but we actually enjoyed it in the morning for pastries and coffee. As long as you know where you're headed and walk confidently you'll have no problems.
