A wonderful stay. Piero and Viola were very kind with us, with their hospitality made us feel at home. Their advice on clubs and restaurants revealed to be excellent. The location is perfect for visiting the most beautiful part of the city. A place to come back!

The couple that lives or owns this place is very nice and sweet and so is their dog stocky but the place was dated and only run with the bare minimums. It didn't feel too clean and very old. Plus it's an apartment that you are sharing with them and there are two other rooms. Great location near Los ramblas though which is why we picked it.

I would call this place more of a couch seeding service than a guest house. It's a 3 bed room appartment made in to a 4, sort of Grundy but ok clean. The dog is a little out of place but super friendly. Nice people offered to cook us dinner , we waited around and then had other people over so we didn't get any. Maybe a miss understanding?? We would probably stay some where else but maybe young outgoing backpacker types would like it all though it's a little bit pricey.

its a private residence where u get to rent out your private room. piero is a gracious host and quite accomodating, and made my stay in barcelona exceptional. i booked for 3 nights to start but after day 2 we enjoyed the piece of mind and comforts of a fully stocked apartment so much that we decided to extend my stay for a total of 10 days. will definitely return if given the chance to visit barcelona again.

Pierro was an excellent host. He doesnt speak english yet, only italian and spanish, but was more than helpful on recommending places for us to eat and go out. He took us to dinner with his friends at a local restaurant and we had a great time, had a lot of laughs and shared some awesome memories. Stocky his dog was also really awesome and friendly. Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, would definitely stay there again if I were to return to Barcelona.
