Very good value for money. Gate 52 is the is very good base for starting trip around Tuscany. Everywhere is near. To the historic center is about 20 minutes by walk. Supermarket is 3 minutes by walk, but remember it close at 20.00. Gate 52 has gat excellent standard, it is the best hostel I've been in my life.

We stayed because we had an early morning flight from the airport. When we arrived we were given directions to the Tower and map guiding us back through town on a scenic route. It was perfect. The next morning we were up very early, left our keys on the table and walked to the airport. It was perfect. WIFI would be a nice addition.

This hostel is hardly 200 m from Pisa airport. The hotel is very clean. Beds were comfortable, neat and cosy. They have coffee machine where guests can make free coffee/tea of their choice anytime of the day. At night owner doesn't allow to use boiler as it creates quite a lot of noise and may disturb other guests.

The location with regards to the ariport and train station was perfect. 4 min.walk to7from the arirport and aprox 12 min walk from the train station. Also with regards to the historic sites the lokation was perfect.

i never reply to the costumers,but in this case i have, this people wrote many lies about the rooms they had 2 clean and spacious rooms,2 bath shared,the only think is that they arrive at 1.00 in the night and i wasn't here,if you don't like my person you give me 1 but for the others things you have to write the true,i work here 14 hours a day and i have GOOD feedbak,this is my work ,it's not a joke next time when you write think,,,,,,,,,,respect the people
