I really enjoyed my stay at Belmont, they were very nice and caring, when I told them I was a vegetarian they did everything to prepare something for me to eat, they'd call me for breakfast... I'm really looking forward to comeback there, there's probably my 2nd home now..

Found the staff to be impatient. As the only customer dining at night, a member of staff came to lift my plate three times, I'm a slow eater and I don't like being rushed. I was to get a 6am taxi to the airport, I was on time for the taxi service however three phone calls in a matter of minutes was unnecessary, the taxi departed at 6.01. I felt like I was a burden. Paying over £50 for one night (including taxi to airport) I don't believe it's value for money especially with lack of courtesy.

Breakfast was a bit too traditional for my taste. But it was nice and clean, staff was friendly, and the facilities in the rooms were quite good.
