Make sure the evening staff come back from time to time when the sign says, "we'll be back soon." I waited over an hour (as I didn't have a cell phone to call the number on the sign).

Friendly staff and easy to meet people while staying there. Great location in Berlin for bars and for going to the city centre.

The concept of the place is good but the delivery not so good. The staff are really not that happy to help other than to take your money The showers only work if there is one person using them at a time, which is not so good whent he shower is designed to have 3 peopl in it at the same time. There are no organised activities, no bar to socialise. People were generally not that friendly. If you want fun and to meet people, i would stay at a normal hostel. I would not stay there again.

LOVED! Nice staff, comfortable beds, lockers (w/ a lock provided for you!), FREE internet and towel, common room w/ tv, located in the middle of gay district, discounts to some gay bars, 4 minute walk from metro, big shower for several people, and a private shower too, very clean bathrooms, and a kitchen available. Small hostel so you get to see a lot of the people staying there. The only annoying thing is no check in between midnight and 10am, which sucks if you have an early or late flight.

There are serious problems with the water system. There is a problem with water pressure and water temperatures. It's unacceptable that two showers cannot operate simultaneously. It's unacceptable that there is no key to lock the door in the small dormitory. The staff seem to be bored, unhappy and disinterested.

Nice and clean hostel

I've stayed before, did not seem quite as clean as previously though I appreciate some of the guests did not particularly help with all that.

It was a great stay again, made a lot of friends and we also went out together! ;-) But this time there were 2 points, that were not so great: This time it was not so clean, like the times I visited the hostel before and the second - after I told, that the heaters are off, it needed 2 days until they were switched on. :-( But all in all, I will come again. ;-) And if you want to go to bed early, I think you better take not the 6 bed room --> close to the living room.

Excellent hostel.

The facilities were clean and working in order. The place seemed safe and was in a very good location.

This was a pretty good place to stay at. I wish they cleaned it more often, things tend to get dirty quite quickly. There is no staff in the hostel, if you need anything you have to go to their hotel. The hostel is spacious, and the lounge provides a good place to meet new people. The kitchen is also nice (although nicer utensils would be better). Full size lockers are a bonus too. It was a bit expensive for Berlin, but the location is pretty good if you are looking to go to gay places.

Staff were very friendly, but not always present during posted business hours. Rooms were good and the company was excellent.

The staff made the check-in and check-out process easy and convenient. I like the fact they didn't throw you out of the room for cleaning like most hostels do. The place was very clean and I just felt at home. The location is great, close to some restaurants and nightlife. There was ubahn not too far if you're feeling adventurous.

I was my first time in Berlin, and went there alone,so I was little worried will I be bored. Instead of that I had one of the best trips in my life. Met a good guys in a hostel from, and we were all from different countries so it was funny. We all went together out in the evening and had 3 amazing days. I´m really looking forward of coming to Berlin and this hostel again.
