The first floor leads you into the apartment with polished wooden floors throughout and into the living room, with two single sofa beds to chill on. Big windows provide a really cool view. An over head lamp and side lamp administers sufficient lighting. In this same area there is a dining table for up to 7 guests to sit around and enjoy a meal.

Stylish is the open kitchen were you can use the gas stove, oven, microwave and toaster. A dishwasher is available for your use as well.

The main bedroom has an incredible ceiling with an overhead lamp and bedside lamps and tables for night time reading. Big windows provide an excellent view. Perfect for up to two guests to sleep on a double bed.

The second bedroom, also provides bed side tables and lamps. A window above the head of the bed. And a single bed.
The third bedroom has a sink in the bedroom and a really cool mirror! An a double bed.
With brand new fixtures and tiles the bathroom comes with a double sink and a shower!

***Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Cleaning fee 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:

-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%

-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.

-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.

-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
