The neighborhood is a little dodgy in the 10 minutes walk to the metro station, but close enough to the center. It was mid November and there was no heating, but the blankets were quite ok. It's a new facility, everything looks great, the room was big and quiet, with an ensuite bathroom and breakfast, which was great for the price. This was closer to a hotel experience except the staff was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

we were told by a man on the bus and police officers to not walk alone near the hostel. When questioned about it a staff members said these things are part of big cities and something could or couldn't happen. Also when asked about how to reach the hostel by public transport, so we didn't have to walk, she said the best way to reach the hostel from downtown was to walk. When it is very easy, fast and safe to walk from the subway. The staff should be better oriented about these things.

Stayed a night but wish could have stayed more! It is a bit tough to find initially but excellent once you do. The staff is friendly and the facilities are superb. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was not available. Bike hire refers to a city shared bycicle service similar to velib in paris. No hair dryer in the toilet, maybe at the reception, i didn't ask. The area in fact is so so.. Average breakfast (with some kiwi and oranges). Staff friendly and helpful. Free print of my air ticket. Easy to reach from rail station midi and station north.

We had bikes with us and the staff were very accommodating in finding a secure place for them. The hostel was what I'd expect a hostel to be, nothing more or less. It was undergoing renovations so perhaps not the best time to see it but these were not detracting from the function of the hostel in any way.

For a stop on a road trip, this hostel is great. There is secure parking and the private rooms are well equipped. There are lockers provided. However I think its location just outside the city centre makes it lack the same sort of atmosphere that one in the city would have.
