Best hostel in Barcelona. Very cheap and they have all the facilities you might need. Only downside was the no-breakfast included policy. Overall great hostel. Barcelona is a huge city and this hostel is close (5min walk) to 2 metro stations running different lines/connections, so you can easily go anywhere. Totally recommend it for a great time in Barcelona. Viva la Catalunya!

The hostel was very nice. The accommodations were incredible as well. We really had no problems with anything at the hostel.

Despite the good staff, the facilities are not good at all. The dorm was extremely small for everyone, especially the shower room. The tab water is exposed so you feel sorry when you use the water when someone in your room is asleep. My mom felt so uncomfortable so we couldn't help changing our room.. It might be irrelevant but there were tons of students(British?) during our stay and some of them had some troubles, disturbing other customers in the hostel. It was unpleasant.

This place is pretty sweet. 10min walk from La Rambla, a nice walk at that. Typical generator with decent facilities. You can get the bus to Camp Nou right outside the hostel, or simply walk right up Av. Diagonal for about an hour.

This is probably the largest hostel I have ever stayed at. Massive! But because it's new it's so clean, facilities are great and modern. Only thing is because it's so big we found it a bit unsocial and hard to meet other people. Staff were also a bit unwelcoming at first but that could have been because it was very busy around NYE (they warmed up eventually :p)

Nice 4 nights to stay in Generator. Staff was really pleasant. Bath at every room. Thanx

Our bag pack was stolen in the Hostel and the front desc was not helpful at all.

Great hostel, good location. The only down side is that they don't have a equiped kitchen! They have only one microwave so it's quite hard to save money if you can't cook your own food. But I enjoyed everything else, the bedroom wasn't bad at all and the common areas were great too. Could make use of more computers though.

Great place to stay! Close to the metro so easy to get around the city. 5 minute walk from Sagrada Familia. Very clean hostel and dorm rooms- felt like I was sleeping in someone's home. Have already recommended to friends and family and will definitely be staying there again!

Has upkeep the Generator standard, nice and clean
