Had a good stay, my first night was in a mixed dorm, which was all guys and me. So i switched to a female dorm, (why are we charged extra for safety???) and met some lovely other female solo travelers. The location is prime, right next to a big park and the famous street with the boats. Its easy to rent bikes and get everywhere in copenhagen, which is the coolest town, super safe too. My only issue was the absence of a kitchen, which would help with the high cost of food in the area.

I think the Generator hostels are just not that good in general but probably the most convenient in terms of location. Very close to the city center, no kitchen unfortunately and it was $12 USD to do laundry. Also the bathroom/showers are small and the sink is outside. Ok for 2 nights.

Great location with the metro nearby and a Netto just across the street. Knowledgeable staff, fun common area with games, and a nice terrace to relax. The lift is often busy and doesn’t show its current floor. The social vibe was average during my stay, as most guests came in groups. Happy hour wasn’t very appealing and could use better deals to bring people together.
