Was alright for me and enjoyed staying here for a short period. Did also appreciate the level of assistance given by staff and will recommend to others.. Panny (PNG)

funky, bad tempered old staff, bed sheets are terrible and coarse. toilets dirty. there are only 2hostels in Geneva, I recommend the other one. it's a little bit less spacious but really clean and nice, both are in a same street with perfect central location in the city.

The staff was very rude!!!! The staff member told us he needed to go eat lunch then would come back and help us after. I would not stay here again, they put us on the floor with the tiny bathroom, 1 shower 1 toilet. Breakfast was subpar, and ruined my overall geneva experience.

Nice and easy. Convenient but if have access to the Internet from the room would be awesome.

Sometimes, the amount of locked doors (mainly, for the bathrooms) is annoying.

The staff were barely helpful and their kitchen and cleaning staff were SO RUDE! I was in the toilet when a cleaning lady started aggressively pulling and rattling the handle so she could come in an clean (she knew someone was in there). Their breakfast staff were unkind and the male working was awfully rude to me. This is definitely NOT a youth hostel, lots of older people here on work who don't want to talk to you. Overpriced unpleasant experience.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the entire place felt very clean, safe and comfortable.

Very clean and well organised hostel. All the usual that you'd expect: luggage storage, friendly staff, common areas, clean shared showers & WC, good bunks, secure lockers and average wifi. Wifi was strongest in common area by reception. Breakfast included provided a good range. We also appreciated the travel card. One thing that would've been great would be to have kitchen facilities available to guests for cooking etc. Overall, good and would come again

This hostel gives you exactly what you need, good facilities, breakfast, and a bed, but not much else. It's a huge place, so there's not a great opportunity to get to know people well. It was expensive, but pretty standard for Geneva.

I was only there for one night and left too early to enjoy their complementary breakfast. Although adaptators are not included, you can have one for a deposit of 10 francs, which they'll give back to you when you return the adaptator. Only problem, tons of high school kids were there on a trip when I was. It's not the hostel's fault, but if you'd rather be in a fully silent place, maybe go somewhere else.

The Geneva Hostel is kind of expensive, but the city itself is very expensive, so it's actually not bad. Key cards to rooms, lockers, and the bathroom made the place feel very safe. I happened to be staying there at the same time as a few school groups, so the place was very loud and rowdy, but otherwise I liked the common areas. Great location, short walk or tram ride from the train station, and from there you can get to all of the city's main attractions or the airport.

Very comfortable hostel which as clean. The hostel is in a good location, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets & all tourist attractions. The only real complaint I have is to do with the wifi. It can only be accessed in the lobby, which isn't as warm & cosy as the chill out area or the bedrooms.

Overall a good stay. Good location, close to the main station, clean and safe with lockers in front of the room. Transport pass given. Big size hostel so not much of a atmosphere. Good place if you just want to take a shower, sleep and hit the road next day.

Very well located, confortable and safe hostel. There's no wifi on room, the kitchen doesn't have oven.

They give you a good breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Not social at all. It's an ok place to stay the night if you have a flight or train out of Geneva. Beds are ok.
