Really nice hostel, breakfast made fresh for you when you we awake before 10am was lovely. Coffee all day and they organise tours for you. Must do their Pablo Escobar tour!!
The hostel is great in terms of location and cleanliness but during our stay it was very quiet and lacked atmosphere. I did not even know about the common space upstairs until a few days after we checked in because it was never shown to us. Some staff were not very approachable. Being in the room near the kitchen made made sleep difficult to sleep due to the noise.
Really nice place to stay at. Would stay here again.
Staff was great, location perfect and secure, very clean.
The facilities of the hostel are even better than the photos may suggest. BUT: there was no warm water when we arrived (about 12 PM) and at 8 AM they start to clean making terrible noise while scrubbing the floor in the bathroom. That was definitely a no-go! Do the cleaning after people checked-out!
Super clean hostel, lovely room. Great location. Only drawback was limited tourist informaiton e.g. no maps or much else available.
This is a great new hostel in a fantastic location. Comfortable beds, a super clean kitchen with spices provided. Breakfast is simple but effective. It may lack atmosphere but it is on a street with plenty of bars and cafes. I'd recommend.
Great hostel; clean, friendly staff, great location in poblado, good breakfast and an awesome chill out area on the third floor with a playstation 3 and table tennis table. A very chilled atmosphere, not a party hostel but in a great area and a good mixture of travellers staying there.
Pros: Nice breakfast (included), very clean, quiet, safe, in an awesome neighborhood Cons: The only thing really was that sometimes I couldn't get hot water for a shower.
Location is great. Hostel is very quiet. We like it but there is lack of atmosphere. Breakfast is included but very basic. Staff is very helpful. Most annoying is poor WiFi and lack of power sockets next to bed. Lockers will accommodate only hand luggage. Overall good value for money and safe place.
Great location, clean, decent breakfast, staff mildly aloof, but efficient and helpful when queried. Ricardo was the friendliest. Not a great place to meet other travelers. No laundry services provided. Near many restaurants
Ok, so this hostel is completely perfect except for one thing. The inner rooms have almost no ventilation. If this can be corrected by a de-humidifier, or something that moves the stagnant air, it would receive a perfect score. Great staff, great location a little removed for Parque Lleras (which is nice, believe me), and the common areas are great. Great location to explore the amazing city of Medellin!
Exelent location 10 min walk to metro station surrounded by redtsurants and bars, hostel has a modern look and rooms are clean
Awesome stay, located in a great spot with fantastic food and shops nearby. Very friendly staff, auto lock doors with codes.
Great location, clean dorms and bathrooms. Lack of power point near bunk was annoying.
We enjoyed our stay at the Geo hostel overall. We stayed in room 3 (double bed private with ensuite). The room itself was fine with a comfortable bed nice bathroom and a little clothes rack with hangers. There are no curtains however and though there is a privacy screen it doesn't block out much light from the street. Our first night was quiet (Thursday) but the weekend the street gets loud with music from the nearby bars. Just FYI. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Very clean rooms and showers. No outlet within reach from most beds in the 6bed dorm. Included a nice breakfast of eggs, an arepa and fresh made juice. Not sure how many dorm rooms there were, but seemed to be a small mix hotel/hostel with at least one family staying there and not too many backpackers. Nice rooftop common place, but very quiet and everyone on laptops or reading. Good for a rest and recharge place, but I was there on a Friday and couldn't find a single person going out.
It is a well located hostel, easy to get there from airport, good stuff, the atmosphere is really quiet. I highly recommended!!
