We enjoyed our stay at Gigi .Sara our host was very accommodating nothing seemed as though it would be aa bother.Location was excellent although stairs up to our room were very steep but then that's how it tends to be in that area.We did not have a window to look out of which would have been nice but then I have stayed in many hotels were the view from the window has been pretty grim.Having said that I would certainly return for value and location.

Nice apartment and great location, but no WiFi. Also, no lift and steep stairs. Make sure you have their number cuz you're gonna have to call them.

No wifi in the room even though the description indicated that there would be wifi.

Gigi is excellent accommodation in the beautiful town of Riomaggorie. We loved our time in Riomaggorie and I can't speak highly enough of the owner of Gigi, Sara. On our arrival she was very welcoming and accommodating, extremely helpful with the town and area information. When we were due to leave there was a last minute regional train strike, so Sara offered and drove us to the train station in La Spezia so we could catch our InterCity train, and absolutely refused to accept any money.

Sara was really friendly and helpful, the apartment was quite big, had good facilities, was right on the Main Street but was still quiet. The only difficulty we had was finding it because the address we had did not have a street number and the apartment did not have a sign. We asked someone who worked nearby though and they phoned them for us. Wg really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Pretty good place, free breakfast from 7-9:30. Wifi only works in common area. Grocery store down the street, short ride on the subway to the main sites

We were really happy with the location of Gigi, just a few minutes from the train station! The room was nice with a small kitchenette and a refrigerator too. Everything was clean but had a 'funky' smell. However, we had issues plugging in the refrigerator and we were disappointed to find that our double bed was really too twin beds pushed together.
