Gigi was great for us. The apartment had everything we needed for a few nights comfortable stay. The best thing about Gigi's is the location; almost at the bottom of the town in Riomaggiore, we were glad we didn't have a long uphill walk every time we wanted to go home! Having said that the stairs up to the room are very steep so if you have any kind of walking difficulties this one is not for you (Cinque Terre probably isn't either though!)

Nice little apartment right in the middle of Riomaggiore. Unfortunately the room was quite dark and didn't really have a window. The side effect was that the room was a bit wet/moist. Some sun light came in through glass blocks and some air through a small tiltable window.
Great clean private place with somewhat of a kitchen. Owner was very nice even though he knows little english. Worst part is finding the place because it tells you to go to an office and ask for Sara... there is no Sarah and you will likely go to a hostel with the same address first. The hostel receptionist helped us out a lot and got it figured out! You are right on the main street and you will get plenty of exercise walking up and down from your apartment and walking in the city! Enjoy!
The room (two hotplates) and furniture was ok and clean, but everything felt a bit moist and it smelled a bit like an old cellar, additionally, the room was relatively dark. Would not go there again.
Had a wonderful stay at Gigi. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Riomaggiore, very easy walking distance to the train to the other towns in Cinque Terre. The room was big and beautiful, complete with mini kitchen, full bathroom and tv-- great value for the price! The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The one bad thing were the stairs leading up to the room-- ridiculously steep. Would have been impossible with our bags, but the manager carried them up for us
Very steep stairs to 2nd floor room - not so well lit. Very convenient to reach from station
Thanks Sara for a lovely stay in beautiful Riomaggiore. Great location, very close to the train station so you can visit the other towns in Cinque Terre. Nice, clean room with great facilities. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely recommend!
