An absolutely wonderful place to stay and absolutely wonderful service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for a short stay. Had some noise from the streets but nothing that woke us up or kept us up. Would recommend this hostel for a short stay.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful. No problems whatsoever

Lovely stay, one of the scarce possibilities to pay a reasonable price for a good little apartment in a very expensive tourist area. The apartment is just at the beginning of the main street going uphill and close to the train station, so it isn't difficult to reach it even if you carry heavy bags. The stairs are steep but expect this everywhere in 5 terre, that's what makes the towns so charming. Reception guys very welcoming and friendly, I'd definitely recommend it

Our stay at GiGi was incredible. Sara was so easy to communicate with and greeted us on the street upon our arrival. Our room was spacious and had a great kitchenette and sitting area. The bathrooms always had great water pressure and never ran out of hot water. The location of the hostel is great as it is right at the bottom of the hill that makes up Riomaggiore (great if you are carrying a lot of luggage). There are grocery stores, restaurants and cafes all within a few steps of the building!
