Gisela is very nice and helpful. Great place, clean, great breakfast of organic foods grown by them. Only negative is no cooker but there is a microwave and fridge etc.

Since we arrived at the hostel we realized that is a decent place run by its owners. We felt safe and very comfortable. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet place.

Excellent spot in Vina del Mar. Close to the city center. Especially for people who do not want noise at night.

The place was fantastic. Gisela was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed to know. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious and outside our door when we got up. the house is close to the bus stop and metro so getting around vina and valpo was very easy. The only down side was the internet. they have computers that you can use till 9, and after that the wifi was weak and didn't work so well in portion of the house where the rooms/common area was.

The owners Gisela and Carlos have a extensive experience in managing hostels. The staff is very polite and friendly and help you in everything you need. The house is large with a nice garden and everything is super clean. During that week I slept like a baby and when I woke in the morning I thought I was in my home. The breakfast is delicious. Not a party hostel and recommendit to everyone who wants to sleep.

The best so far in South America. I came to relax for a few days and found the most welcoming hosts in Gisela and Carlos. The hostel has a garden with a pool, a guest lounge and good internet. The breakfasts were fantastic. The only down sides were the local barking dogs and the kitchen only had a microwave and fridge/freezer. But still worth full marks. Go there!

Good location to walk downtown and other places. The neighborhood is safe and we walk back at night. The hostel is well run by its owners and family. Not a party hostel, is a quiet place to relax. We liked the pool, gardens and flowers.
