Well run hostel. The rooms and bath are very clean. Comfy beds and hot shower 24 hours. Good location to walk to the main street.

We had a very good time in this lovely hostel, the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean.

We had a surprise when we got there expecting to find an excelent hostel and found a terrible smell of mildew. The bathroom was really small. Signs all around the hostel with regulations were extremelly intimidating. Not agains the roles but you don't have to put them everywhere. They had a good breakfast and were located in a safe place.

This hostel is very well organized. Good location to walk downtown and take buses to other places like Renaca and Valparaiso. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful.

Awesome place, clean, quiet, wonderful hosts. Highly recommended!

We booked a room with an ensuite bathroom, which was not ensuite, although private. We also booked a double bed and had two singles pushed together.

Excellent hostel in a very convenient location to beach and shops/ restaurants. Carlos and Gisela are fantastic hosts and The breakfasts are superb, especially if you like pancakes! The hostel is very clean, quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great Hostel

This hostel is especially for travelers who do'nt want to party hostel. We could sleep like a baby. We enjoyed the pool and garden. We had a lot of privacy wich we like very much.

Breakfast was great, and the rest of your facilities were well above average with the exception of the WIFI. I was unable to access it while in my room. You definitely need a stronger signal.

Gisela and Carlos are amazing hosts. Their house is cute and i have not enought words to thank them for all the kindness they showed us.

This is my second time in this hostel and I absolutely loved it. The staff and owners are very attentive and great people. The breakfast in the garden is the best i've had. AAA

Hot shower, free internet, lovely owners, clean rooms , so on. The guest house is located in a security residential area few blocks from beach. I am sure that you will find yourself at home. Trust me, it is a must in Vina del Mar !!!!

I had very lovely stay at casa Gisela & Carlos during marathon weekend on Dec 3-5. Gisela speaks English very well and I really felt that I was a guest of their family. Upon entering their home on a super hot day, they gave me a welcome drink (very icy cold Coke) that was truly refreshing! I stayed in the room with a bunk bed which was sufficient for my needs. WiFi worked fine in my room. There was always hot water in the shared bathroom and overall had a great stay.

Take your time and stay here! Recomended
