Great place for a couple — we had our own spacious room with a double bed and ensuite, very clean and private. Kitchen facilities are mediocre at best...

Put a larger fridge in hallway closet. The one in the kitchen is excessively small.

GLADIOS it's a very nice location,with 4 double rooms,and 1 single,situated in the historical center of Rome,Esquilino area. Near to station Termini,10 min. distance from Coliseum,2 min. distance from subway station,Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele,station bus in front of the building.Situated on first floor,our comfortable rooms are equipped with en-suite bathroom,hairdryer,tv,air conditioning system.
