Nice location, close to the University. Very big. The kitchen was a bit dark.

Nice quiet place to stay, with a terrific atmosphere. We stayed in the off season so it may be more vibrant other times of the year, but enjoyable nonetheless!

As I was attending a conference all week, I was not looking for a party type atmosphere. However younger people may be!

While this hostel is a bit out of the way, its not to hard to get to from the city. And be prepared for a lot of stairs. My main complaint was that in the room I was in the shower did not have a door! (the one my boyfriend was in did though) Overall though, a pretty good hostel.

the beds creak too much. it\'s difficult to make to respect the sleep of the other people in the morning... the shower is very noisy and there is no door between the shower and the room.

Very nice district of Glasgow, 20 min walk from the city center. Large and nice old building, clean hostel. A bit more expensive than others but it's worth it.

This hostel is in such a prime location as it is directly opposite a park so was ideal for evening walks, and lacked the typical 'seedy hostel area'. Had a nice friendly atmosphere and would definitely go back there if ever I'm in Glasgow again.
