Wifi is not working properly. Need to rectify that. It is important as there is ni phone reception at the location.

The staff member on arrival as very unfriendly and not welcoming. He tried go over-charge me as well. Will not be returning.

Everything was great, but would have been much easier if there were power points in the rooms or at least in the bathrooms for hair dryers etc. Good atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, and great location at the foot Ben Nevis.

perfect to climb Ben Nevis!

Very good stay, perhaps overall helpfulness of staff could be improved especially at breakfast!!

Great location, good clean building. No plug points in rooms and the showers on our floor were out of order. Very basic but served a purpose.

Nice hostel, great location, huge kitchen but small dining room as there a too much guests for the number of tables. Very small bedroom with no plugs, maybe one plug per corridor, people were pluging their phone and using their hair dryer just next door, quite noisy then.

Staff was nice. It took me 45 mis on foot from this hostel to the central. The bed was comfy. You have to pay for wifi which is not acceptable. People need internet for checking information, booking etc… My bread was stolen from the kitchen shelf even though I put label of my name.

Lack of free wi-fi was annoying when it's found in so many other hostels in Europe, plus no plug sockets in the room. Made up for by the rest of facilities being good (Kitchen is very big which is great). Good location for Ben Nevis so mostly walkers and climbers, not so much people looking to socialize, which wasn't a problem as there for the scenery not to party!
