Excellent on many regards, staff is very nice, the house is lovely, the room was spotless. The time we had here was very enjoyable. You should go there you won't regret it.

Heater was barely working in our room. We needed to contact the manager to turn it on all nights. But it is worth the price. 5~10 minutes by bus from downtown.

Dear Rafael Thank you for your review about your stay at Glenallan. We aim to use your comments to improve and/or maintain on our services. About the heaters - Well its Edinburgh!!!! Its cold and some of our guests travelling from warmer surroundings obviously find it extremely cold when Edinburgh thinks its normal weather. But we shall keep it in mind, abit more than we usually do, and make sure that future potentiial guests are given the top priority of extra heating.
