I had a week's stay at the glencoe hostel whilst it was a quite rainy season... Still, the atmosphere and the staff was friendly and so were the other customers. If not by car it is quite a walk to get anywhere though.
This hostel is a perfect location for those visitors who plan on doing a lot of hiking and other outdoor activities. Nice and clean amenities. Very large kitchen.
The whole stay was pretty amazing:nice location, friendly staff, well equiped kichen only one BUT the wifi is not free which its something I never came across in UK:(For a hiker who uses internet on daily basis its a put off .Apart that it was really good!
Warning, this hostel is very far from the bus station! About 30-45 min walk. But, so is the other hostel of the village, they are right next to each other. There is no free wifi, and the closest grocery store, pub and restaurant are more than 30min walk away. Also, I got some info from the staff, which was not true. There is also a "curfew", you don't get a key to the hostel.
