I booked an en-suite room, but got it without bathroom&toilet due to overbooking! This is no-no for me! Had to walk 10 min to the place where breakfast was served, hence chose not to bother. TV without antenna (no channels), view on the dirty balcony, shutters always down, hence no light, extremely noisy -by the main street, at night shouting on the street, car alarms wailing...Nightmare. B&B is not at the mentionned adress, but 100m from centr station. Beginning of the stay was good, but then I had to change rooms. I got a room WITHOUT bathrooom, although I payed for a room WITH ensuite. I tried to contact the owner about a refund, but she hung up on me several times, claiming she did not speak English. Speaking English seemed no problem although when she asked me to change rooms. I recommend Gli Arlecchini for vacations, But I asked for a private bathroom and the facility was located outside the bedroom; you canīt leave with the room keys, so I think It was not the best in security. A nice little B&B, comfortable room with nice clean facilities - even if they are separate from the bedroom and shared with other guests. Breakfast is a nice buffet with the children of the house running around and making trouble like kids do. My friend and I stayed there for one night, it was pretty easy to find, but when we arrived (on time for check-in) no one was there. When he finally arrived everything else went smoothly, the room was cute, but that night we were kept awake by the paper thin walls.
