The entrance on street level needs to be much more nice. It seriosly looks like it has not been taken care of the last 30 years. Even more scary is the non-existing fire saftey. Only one way out of the hostel in case of a fire. No fire alarm and no equipments.

This hostel can get very loud, it is small and rooms very close to reception and common room. Very good cheap accomodation, but not very good if you want some quiet time.

One of the best hostels we've stayed in. Really friendly staff who are helpful, the location is great, and atmosphere was brilliant. Showers and kitchen need a bit of work but that didnt even matter in comparison with the rest of our stay.

great location and view, nice and helpful staff. not enough showers! two for so many people means you have to wait a lot and when you finally get in, there is only cold water coming. also, just two toilets is not enough either. the building where the hostel is situated is scary and smells terribly. also, in the morning staff should care more about the breakfast table, there was usually almost nothing unless we asked for it.

It's better to take a shower really early then you can have hot water! breakfast was nice the staff was really nice but noisy sometime and they should definitely find an other way than ringing a bell two time to come back in the hostel by night!! because when it's at 3am it can be really annoying.

Room number 5 needs a better lock because when closed normal it won't lock. From inside you can use the lock to fully lock yourself inside. The common room is small with few things to do, only a handful of novels. One available DVD (Kill Bill part 1) at reception which is 24 hour. While it didn't bother me but there is a toilet located next to the room which you can hear well every time someone flushes the toilet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wished the hostel would also sell items

This hostel was in a great location easy to get to and around. It was though very noisy, with people up playing music, etc. until about 1.00am some nights. Plus the very nice hardwood floors insure that you hear everything. Great if you want to stay up and party all night, but not fun if you want to rest for a night. Also, unless you got into the shower just after the cleaning lady comes it is very messy. Bathroom too, one morning there was throw-up all over the wall of the bathroom.

We had a good stay at the Hostel, we felt safe and the atmosphere was very nice. The room was ok, the showers and toilets were not so clean, but we were there on Easter time and the hostel was quite full so it was "acceptable". The location is perfect, very close to the city center and the railway station. We liked it!

A very cute and little hostel, only three dorms - but such helpful staff and has everything you want from a hostel; big beds, lockers in dorms, breakfast included and free wifi. Best location and a very good budget hostel.

Beautiful hostel with nice rooms, very bright and clean. A bit noisy at night (thin doors/walls?) - and only very basic breakfast.

You must go to this hostel, I insist. There is a gr8 view on the old town and the clock tower which in my opinion is more beautiful than the Big Ben. Only a few points off for the ludicrously slow internet access, but I bet they are working on it. The place is brand new and they will be the best rated and most visited after a while, take my word for it.

Good for the money you pay and the location. One thing they could improve on is staff training as they decided it was ok to talk loudly early in morning and late at night with their friends/colleges.. Also need to keep up regular checks of toilet- pretty gross. They did not have blinds in the dorm so I just jammed my doona cover in the window to keep the early sun out. They let us keep our bags for a long time after check out which was fantastic.

Everything was perfect!! If i have to say something to improve would be about the breakfast, but with a toaster and Juice everything would be perfect!

The hostel is, generally speaking, quite nice but : - there is a problem with the hot water (not enough for everybody) - the breakfast is a bit too simple (but we can understand due to the price) - the hostel accept people very late and it is a problem because I lived that. The person returned to the room at 3am in the morning and made so much noise before going to bed. In conclusion, it is a problem that the hostel accept guess so late

Not a bad place, good and bad points. Some staff were warm and lovely, others a bit rude at an obvious mistake. Location is the selling point that would have me return, though not a place I'd recommend for those that like the finer things in life. Hot water seemed to be extinct after 8 am
