Small chilled out hostel. Free tea and coffee which is great after walking around in freezing weather outside. It wasn't very busy when we were there but with only two showers there might be a wait in peak season. Also two out my three showers were cold due to inconsiderate guests taking too long. Would stay again, the price is well worth it!

Is recomended to train the administrative personal for the most common failures on services, like heater for water, taking ownership if the breakfast doesn´t have all the products on the table, cause most of the time they limit the service in giving information and keys but specially the boys who attend doesn´t take ownership in cleaning, complains, service, proper information and education in the way they direct to customers... On the other hand the girl Justyna, and Agniezca they´re the oposit

I was a little scary when I saw the big dark metal gate of the building, the hostel was quite small, just half of 5th floor of the building, but it had everything, even a quick breakfast. You can hear people talking quite clearly from your room, so better not to go to bed too early, but after 11p.m. should be ok.

They downgraded us to a 10 beds dorm. They told us by arrival, but didn't offer any discount or compensation. We had to ask for it. As the rooms are around the hall and reception, it was still really loud at night. Even the receptionist was talking too laud. Very early in the morning there were several people arguing for a long time, the reception did nothing to stop it. Tours are more expensive as sold outside. Only 1 shower worked during our stay and got dirty quicker. No key to lock the room.

The cheapest hostel available i had found it. I just checked location and price. So quality-price i cannot ask for more. It was ok, but i know we can find better places. Anyhow, i wouldnt recommend it and i wouldnt come bac to it in case i was back in krakow.

Everything was great! The room was clean. It was quiet. The staff on all shifts went out of their way to be helpful. There was hot water and the heat was sufficient.

Showers were not very clean, water didn't drain properly and there was no hot water for one night. Lack of power plugs to charge devices as well. Staff however were really helpful, friendly and pleasant, location of the hostel was excellent and finding it was extremely easy

Excellent location and the "oldest skyscraper" building has a good view. There is a very happy cleaning lady singing songs everyday, which makes the life there much more interesting. I believe this would be the best choice in Krakow

pro: nice place with a nice view, pretty close to the city center, clean, friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast. con: noise, room doors are too "thin". you need to ring the bell every time you go out and come back (waking up the doorkeeper in the night) and this means that there is no check of who gets in.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone wishing to visit Cracow without spending too much money :-)

This hostel is on the fifth floor of a building, consisting of a common area, two domitories, and some other rooms. Overall it's a great value for money. You get a place to stay and keep your stuff, and that's pretty much it. Floor boards get squeaky, and its sounds seem to get multiplied exponentially when returning to the hostel late at night. There is only one toilet and two showers for all hostel guests, something I am not too happy about.

This place was awesome and super affordable. It was close to the old scenic part of Krakow as well as the bus and train station. The building had some character, you pretty much have to use the cool elevator because the stairs were not lit, but it wasn't a problem. No real functioning kitchen, but street food was so cheap and they at least had a fridge and a nice common room that was perfect for hanging out, eating or even doing homework which is what I was doing half the time hahahaha
