We enjoyed our stay at Global Hostel very much. The double room was very nice with TV and refrigerator. The only thing was, that they didn't have maps of the city. the informations you can get there about the city are poor... would be great if staff could give more informations.

So they told me the breakfast was included in the price but then charged for it. Other people complained about this as well. Get your act together guys! Otherwise a good place to stay. Nice location.

Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff! Really nice outdoor seating areas and it's in a nice quiet area, but still walking distance to everything you need.

Not a very friendly atmosphere,the whole place looks impersonal and a little shabby (but clean), the staff (only Spanish speaking) was annoyed whenever we asked for help or advice. I would not stay there again.

I truly recommend the hostel, it's located on a beautiful part of the city and is central to other main areas.

Really enjoyed this cute place, clean and friendly. The staff was attentive and efficient, ready to help and advise us on where to go and what to do. It felt nice to be able to converse in English with the manager as a lot of other places do not have a bilingual staff. My friends and I will definitely return and tell our friends about it. The price was incredibly low for what we received.

I thought, "ah..the usual excellent service and treatment, I love staying here when I come to Medellin". The owner is only interested in providing the best for his customers. The staff is well trained and courteous.

The place is in a great location, lots of good restaurants, clubs, and transportation around, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that they have a full laundry service with ironing and all for a few extra dollars. Their breakfast is typical colombian and I loved it! It was full capacity so I got to meet lots of great people and even went out as a group to do stuff around the city....yet it is not a noisy party place like some of the other hostels around.
