We did not stay at Global Village for very long. We got into Belfast around 9pm and had a flight out in the morning so we just needed a place to crash. But even the short time we were there was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful. The facilities were clean and in good repair. The rooms were more spacious than a lot of hostels. There aren't many showers but neither of us had a problem getting ready in the morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this hostel. They really made me feel like part of the family even though I was only there for a few days. The outside patio is great for having a few drinks and meeting people.

Everyone said it was the best hostel in the world, but it's probably much more than that!

The place is nice and in good location. The staffs are great. Very nice bathroom and toilet facilities and the room is big. The only negative thing I have is there is no locker in the room so I felt a bit insecure for personal belongings but except that everything is great.

It would be good if there was a drop off box for keys when people leave

The only downer was my bad luck at sharing with three snorers. Otherwise highly recommend! Loved the kitchen facilities and the internet was great.

By far one of the best hostels I´ve stayed in. Really great atmosphere and staff were friendly and helpful. Especially good if you are traveling alone.

The public bathroom was clean and modern, the rooms kept clean too. Beds were a little awkward as only a wire mesh and one bar in the center supported each mattress. It's best to sleep high on the bed so the bar in the middle isn't digging into your hips all night as the mattresses sag. Staff was awesome, and the atmosphere, and they often hang out with the guests. Security is good as the front door is always locked, but my dorm room had an issue closing all the way when people entered/left.

Beds were bad. People running up and down the stairs at 7am every morning woke everyone up. But on the whole, a decent hostel.

I had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly, and it has all the facilities you need. It was very easy to meet people, and the location was good. No complaints at all. I'd stay here again for sure if I ever go back to Belfast.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in. Seriously. I don't normally write reviews, but Global Village was so great that I had to - awesome staff, facilities, location. You can't go wrong with this place!
