The staff were rude and confrontational while we were trying to sleep. There were no showers available to use during our stay which led to us having to use the sink in the bathroom on the bottom floor to wash, the showers were meant to be off 10-12 for work to be carried out, but come 2pm they were still unavailable. The other people in the room were also very rude, getting verbally abusive when we went to bed at different times than them and used the plugs.

We enjoyed staying there in a few days. The behaviour of staff particularly, Max and Tom was braliant. Many thanks for offering us that place.

I did enjoy my stay however the showers were under renovation so there was only 2 and one of them didnt have a shower curtain. Otherwise everything else was good.

I've stayed in better and stayed in worse. Some staff were v. friendly, others were a bit weird and rude if they thought you were going to ask them for assistance.

The hostel was good and Clean. I drove there, their was a public car park near by which was £6.20 for a day's parking(It was free from 1800 to 0800) so I would get up and buy my pay and display ticket at 0700. The bed was comfortable good pillows. Good rules about quite in the sleeping area. Nice that tea coffee was free.

The location of the building is excellent; near to city center. And staff is quite friendly and understanding.

This was a great hostel! The staff we're very friendly the night we stayed and very helpful with everything! Our room was massive! The only down side was that we were on the top floor and there were no female bathrooms up there. But over all the hostel was great and there is a great communal kitchen, tv room and seating area with games and books! I would definitely come and stay again!

Nice place, friendly helpful staff. We were only there for one night and not in much, but our room was luxurious (by hostel standards!) and we were very comfortable there. Only thing I didn't like was having to keep pressing the button on the shower but it was a good temperature and very powerful so it was fine overall. Would definitely stay there again! :o)

We love it, the room was great, the staff, very helpfull, and nice location, walking distance to everywhere, we wished could stay longer...

Dorm room stank. Showers aren't very clean or secure. No lockers. Got a good (but small) kitchen. Not far from good restaurants.

Found it a bit annoying the hostel reception was only open from 8:30am and not all day. Also I didn't find the staff at reception over friendly. Have stayed in better hostels.

My rating is near excellent overall, however this time I left with a little gift after one night: toe fungus...but this happens anywhere any time......... Thank you for being a good host :) I'll definitely come back!
