The staff here are really nice and helpful, but the bedding and bath are not very pleasant.

I stayed there on 2 separate nights. I was given room 4. I got no sleep whatsoever (not even a few minutes) on the first night, due to a party downstairs, banging of doors, people talking loudly, etc. The second night, I stayed there out of necessity, rather than a choice, I spent 3 hours trying to sleep, so at 1.30am, I went down to complain (and I have to be driven to complain) about the noise they were making in sitting room. To my amazement it was mainly staff in there, getting drunk!

A good place for people with a very small budget and no other choices. The value is 10 pounds a night. It is London standard. Nothing I recommend. Hostels in England are an catastrophic business.

very good located hostel, staff is overall friendly, bathroom was in poor condition (especially shower) but usable for me. no nasty surprises!
