Nice and friendly family-run hostel, and u can book all the tours u want at the reception, quite nice! Love the free wifi, free breakfast and nice pool, good price and this one surely is a good choice in cairs!

Great place! The staff are superfriendly and are really awesome at booking stuff for you. Got a hefty discount on our dive trip.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we loved the dog Kujo who spends her day sleeping around the lounge area keeping the guests company. The hostel is kept extremely well and plenty of facilities provided for the guests.

The room looked rather tired, especially the chair everything else was great

we are totally satisfied with this acommodation. we stayed in double-bedroom with shared bathroom. everything seemed very new and the staff was very friendly. we would take this hostel again!

Excellent staff who were very helpful with our bookings of diving tour and also in renting a car. Room was clean, however airconditioning did not seem to work as expected at night. That got pretty uncomfortable. Clean toilets and overall good facilities with tv, dvds, pool, games, wifi and snack/drink machines. Also location was pretty good. Very near to the Esplanade and you could take a nice stroll to the city. Enjoyed my stay here ; definitely recommended =)

check-in was a bit unorganized... sometimes you just want to relax and not wait one hour at the reception... staff very helpful and friendly but maybe need more people

late arrival & missed reservation was excellently handled. lovely & comfortable stay-like being around friends. great tour office-had awesome days in kuranda & grn island. close enough to esplanade & CBD but far enough from the crazy action when you want a quiet night. great amenities & complimentary services-special treat for budget traveller! most accommodating in getting me to the airport on time after sun palm no show. thank you brian, linda, marcus & kathy! hope to return soon :)

Really nice, comfortable stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful, good facilities and the constant air-con in the rooms was a life saver! One of the best communal areas we've seen on our travels, really home-y atmosphere. About a 10-15 walk to the shops. Would definitely recommend.

10-15 walking distance to the city. the kitchen is well-equipped. free wi-fi is a great plus!

It was very nice hostel and te staff was very helpful, especially Judith! I also got single room for second night because there were something wrong with reservations, that was very nice. Only one thing wasnt so good, toilets. There were only one bathroom for so many people, and I couldnt even lock it. But everything else was perfect, thank you!
