Amazing budget hotel! The staff were really helpful since the first day we arrived. The price included breakfast, and even though it's not much variety, but it gave your what you need in the morning before starting your adventure of the day. The room was really clean, they made the bed and changed towels every day. They also deliver bed time story which was about Cambodian literature, very interesting. There was free tea and coffee all day in the lobby as well. We love this hotel.

We we're incredibly impressed with this hotel. The staff were lovely and dealt with all of our requests happily. The room was lovely, stylish and clean. The addition of fruit, a bedtime local story, sweets and tv listings every night was a great touch; as were the crisps, towels and drinks when we first got there. Any issues we had with the room (the mirror was a bit dirty and the shower screw had gotten loose), they were all dealt with straight away. I really felt staff went out of their way :)

this is a great place. especially if your trying to spend some quality time alone. this place is located about 10 mins from the tourist area so you dont have all the noise and commotion from other travellers, this place offers massage room service. the food here is excellent as well as the staff clean environment.

Great place. Good breakfast and the pool is a nice touch too, especially after long days spent visiting the temples. Staff are excellent. This hotel is located slightly further out than others therefore you need a tuktuk to get to the nightmarkets/pubs. However, as the hotel provides a FREE tuktuk service to these areas it doesnt become an issue! Seriously stay here!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Excellent value for money, especially with the breakfast which was great. Lots of extras like fruit, water, crisps, tuk tuks, but the main thing which I liked was the staff and how they couldn't do enough - keep up the good work :)

Loved the hotel, what we got for the price, the pool, and above everything related to the staff. It was the first time I ever tipped hotel staff. Incredible service. Keep on!

Very friendly and helpful staff! A few had some English difficulties, but it was nothing more than some small misunderstandings (none of which ruined the quality of our stay). Great service, clean rooms - we felt so pampered!

The receptionist(pregnant woman)was so kind-she help me to payed the tuk tuk since their tuk tuk driver not pick up me at the air port!the room is clean&nice, the bed, blanket was so nice just like 5 stars hotel!the bathtub is big,the breakfast are great!nice fried rice, the pineapple juice also tasty!but i should pay $5 for tuk tuk to drive me to bus agent near KFC(on their ads they said they provide free tuk tuk from/to airport-the bus agent office is near than airport but i need to pay $5) :(

The hotel staff are amazing. The receptionists are so polite and speak English very well. One occasion we were walking home from the town center and it was still a bit far, a hotel employee was on his motorcycle towards the town center seeing us, he offers to drive us back to the hotel and refused to be tipped. The pool is exceptionally clean. The restaurant offers very good Cambodian food too. The location is a bit far from town center if walking, but the hotel offers free tuk-tuk all day!

The hotel receptionists and their supervisor provides me details of all information and recommendations touring cambodia places. The free tuktuk service to downtown is really an amazing offer. Tuktuk leaves anytime there is a guest and will pick you up ontime back to the hotel.

Great place to stay. Great service, free breakfast, fruit and water. It's a little out of the center, so no noise and there are free tuktuks to town from 5pm. Great beds, really helpfull staff. The best hotel so far!

clean, nice staff, very affordable. Hotel is a bit far away from everything, but the free tuk tuk service directly in front of the hotel was perfect. Just tell them your room no and destination and pick up time. It works from 5pm to 10pm for free. Great! The pool is clean and big. perfect for jumping in after angkor wat. the service was great during our stay.

We originally booked a double room at the Gloria Angkor for 5 days, but stayed a week. The Gloria was one of the best hotels in which we've stayed during our Southeast Asian travels. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The breakfasts, included in the room price, were very good. The pool was a welcome addition after a day of touring Angkor Wat's environs. The Gloria Angkor is outside of the city, but provides free tuktuk service at night.

The best hostels in Siem reap perhaps. Location maybe the only drawback of it since Gloria is located far away from the downtown (but closer to the Angkor wat). As a result, they have free tuk tuk drivers to send you to and pick you up from anywhere in town, including the downtown markets and the air port. The breakfast included in the room price is above-average. Receptionists speak better English than many other Cambodians I've seen. Room services cover a very wide range of items.
