The staff were extremely helpful and fun!

I stayed there 3 days and I pay all the nights when I arrived. It was a mistake with the rates, as a result of that I payed more then I have to. They said me that they got back the money but not in cash, by an online tranference. 10 days later I don´t have notices of them. Be careful with this kind of people. Se equivocaron con las tarifas y me cobraron más de la cuenta. Reconocieron el error y me dijeron que me lo devolverían por transferencia bancaria. Todavía no me lo han devuelto. Cuidado

My boyfriend and I booked a stay for four nights in a 10-bed mixed dorm because we were working with monetary limitations, and the man working front desk that night was so kind as to offer us a 4-bed room for no extra charge! We had a great stay, the barkeep is extremely friendly and has great taste in music ;) I would definitely stay at Go Hostel again the next time I am in Lisbon; the staff members are extremely friendly and the facilities are amazing for such a good price!

Staff were very helpful with info. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Court yard was beautiful. Great place to stay in Lisbon.

Nice hostel, helpful staff. Rooms have no heating system and get really cold at night, but you can ask for extra blankets. Very clean, breakfest was ok.

The hostel itself is very nice, young and clean, BUT it's unfortunately located in "Intendente", the worst part of Lisbon (and Portugal). Even at 4 PM there were gangs, drug addicts, prostitutes, crazy people and violence in the streets. We (2) are experienced travelers and it is the first time that we were scared like that. Native Portugueses later told us that it's an area of Lisbon you must avoid. It is known that tourists get mugged often in this part of the town, even during the day.

The best hostel in Lisbon without any doubt!!! Very clean with an excellent atmophere. The staff... I have no words to describe them Daniel + Ricardo you\'ll be always in my heart. Just to say something bad, it\'s very cold but you can ask for a heater or a quilt in any case. I\'ll recommend it to everybody who wants to have a pleasant space.

C'est une jolie auberge de jeunesse toute neuve, avec un beau jardin, mais qui ne correspond pas à ce que je cherche quand je vais en auberge de jeunesse: c'est immense, très grands nombres de chambres (chambre double nettoyée et rangée en votre absence, ce qui peut être très bien...mais dans un hôtel!), un bar, un grand salon vide... Bref pas du tout ce que je cherche en allant en auberge de jeunesse, on ne se sent pas chez soi et ce n'est pas intimiste du tout!

Was a pleasant Hostel with friendly staff and a nice garden area and Bar. Some directions to the hostel and on how to get to the metro would have helped, but easy enough to get to, taking a taxi from the airport will cost 10 Euro. Walking down two streets will bring you to Intendente Metro stop makes it relatively easy to get around. Found an awesome steak house just around the corner on Andrade. Overall would recommend this Hostel if your staying in Lisbon.

Amazing Hostel in The Amazing City of Lisbon!! Metro & Tram near to hostel. Very warm welcome, the staff are so friendly !! If you like parties YOU MUST COME HERE!! Enjoy :)

I thought that this hostel was very clean and tidy, the price was good. However, there was NO heat but very hot showers. I think that this hostel should have better directions to get there, as it is very difficult to navigate through these Lisbon streets.
