Gobi and his family were wonderful. The breakfast was superb. It`s a great pension with a lovely garden and a very convenient location right in the middle of Bergama. Very friendly and helpful staff, great garden, yummy breakfast.
It's situated in town, right next to the bus depot (the 'old' bus depot, which is still active). Conveniently close to nice restaurants, somewhat less convenient to the old sites (which are, however, still in walking distance -- except for the acropolis).
@ dadaedream8164: The acropolis took *us* the better part of 5 hours, and we're glad we did it in the (cooler) morning as opposed to the (hot) afternoon.Very friendly and helpful staff, great garden, yummy breakfast.

For the prıce I paid compared to other places I have stayed in Turkey, I was expecting a lot more. It\'s a 20 mınute walk to the closest site. When I fırst got ın I was told that the Acropolıs takes more than 3 hours - ıt takes less than 2 so I could have done ıt that afternoon. And a heads up, the Askeplıon cost 20 TYL and ın my opınıon ıs better spent just goıng to the Acropolıs.For the prıce I paid compared to other places I have stayed in Turkey, I was expecting a lot more.
