A lot of thinks were broken or did not work well, a wall plug was burnt for example ! Anyway, the boss did as he could as for example to replace a window handle missing by maintaining the window closed with a cord. The place is in a good situation, the bus stop 453 is just in front of the hotel, it drives us directly to the center of london.

Holes in the wall, the refrigerator was broken, kettle had mold in it, toilet was broken and bathroom was completely unsanitary. Looked nothing like the photos online. This was complete false advertisement so I only stayed a total of four hours before I decided I couldn't stay anymore.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, requests were answered very quickly. Old house therefore old facilities (sometimes not in excellent shape). Could have been cleaner but one was provided with everything to make oneself comfortable. Bus stop directly in front of door, traffic zone 2 therefore really close to centre, busses running approximately every 3 minutes.

Though the stuff was nice and I didn't expect much from the hostel, I have to say that the room and especially the bathroom was dirty. The shower didn't get cleaned during my stay, it also was full with mould and smelled strange. I had ants in my room.

We did not end up staying here, due to a mess up with the rooms and a problem with ants. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and found us a different place to stay immediately at no extra cost. Good customer service.

We're sorry to say but we did not expect the place to be as it is. We only book it as it was close to O2. However, there wasn't hot water in shower. We could hear every word from couple next room, all doors made squeaky noises and we were in part of building where floor is tiled so imagene the echo when doors were closing and people passing by. Instead of having TV in every room,owners should spend money on decor,cleanniness,make it look like one place and make it more welcoming.Good luck

Great location. Nice and warm room on some of the coldest days so far this winter. Helpful understanding staff when my arrival had to be put back by a day because of a cancelled flight.

good place to stay, very close to the underground station. would recommend it to students who are planning to have vacation in London.

Mr. Godwin and his staff were very nice to me, i enjoyed being there and i think i will be back !
