Very good hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. Area good for transport, cheap food, very clean, etc.. Only prob for me was on arrival finding it from the metro station. Once found, no probs. Maybe I missed the ex metro location instructions.

The staff were super friendly and the place was always very clean. This was my second time to stay there.

It's so nice, huge and quiet..staff is very qualified and the location is perfect to go to Bolshoi theatre and Red Square. Close to Green Line metro (the same line to the Express train from the airport)

I've just spent one night there but it was just great!Very clean and comfortable.I'll be back ;)

This is an excellent place to stay for someone not looking for a hotel experience. The hostel was easy to find and located within walking distance of the metro and most of the downtown attractions. The staff was quite helpful. The cleaning staff very active. The location and premises felt quite safe and secure. I kept my laptop in the hostel safe each day with no problems. Wi-Fi worked in most rooms and in all common areas outside of the rooms. Kitchens, showers and laundry are clean.

Is good but they rob u with the registration DO NOT PAY THE REGISTRATION SERVICE, in the hostel they Tell u that in russia every tourist has to register with the police, and they offer the registration service for 20 euros... That is a rob!!! We went to the police and they told Us that the registration is only needed if u stay more than 7 days in the city...

Excellent to use Godzilla\'s train & airport transfers. We used Metro a lot but it is a. Very steep escalator, difficult with luggage. Nice room and neighborhood. No elevator to upper floors. Moscow is not handicap accessible. Godzilla\'s offers free phone calls to US & Canada.

Godzillas is a good hostel with easy access to the metro to get to the centre, but you can also walk. Facilities are good. As it is such a big hostel it feels less personal then some others I stayed in, but it is definitely a good place to meet fellow travelers.

Very nice hostel! Clean, good location and nice and very helpful staff. Only one bad thing, in our 8 bed dorm there was only 1 outlet, there should have been so much more than this. Also, they wanted us to register and pay them 600 rubles when its clearly not necessary to register at all, they just make good money from "stupid" tourists. Watch out for this..

Godzillas was fantastic, I would highly recommend it! Very clean, very friendly, loved the book exchange-I left one and took one for the plane home.

Loved Moscow and enjoyed our stay in this hostel with very helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen facilities were a bit small and a lot of people were trying to use them. Excellent location in a quiet and safe neighborhood near some really good places to eat cheaply.

Friendly people; nice staff; good place to stay at!

Perfect! Helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great location. 2 criticisms though: the metro directions on the website are a little misleading, and please warn the occupants of the dorm room that needs to be crossed to access the private double room that there are people sleeping in the double room - if they are unaware of this they can be noisy.

Nice hostel, at 15 mns by walk from the Kremlin and red square.The hostel is very clean and it's really an international hostel. They speak very good english and they do their best to help us and give good avdvice.They also can register you for 600 Rubbles. (it's a little bit expensive, but you can do by ourself, if you know how to fill a form all in Cyrilic !!! .. so they've done it for us !) We recommand this hostel !!

Godzillas is a great hostel! It is very clean and well decorated. The subway and supermarket are very close. The staff is very nice and willing to help. The room was quite small but itwas ok for us since we had a 4 bedded dorm room for 4 friends. There was only one toilet and shower on each floor, for about 18 people. That is not enough! They were very clean though. Also, from the 4 burners on the stove, only one worked. But overall it is a good hostel, good value for money!

I'm from the USA and I've been to Moscow many times. Godzillas is without equal there if you are a backpacker or if you are traveling cheap. My most recent visit in May of 2012 was so good that I feel I should write this review. Excellent staff, clean kitchens, clean bathrooms, free wifi throughout, nice lounge, and excellent location. There is is even a private room or two if you are tired of bunking with 10 other people and your ready to pony up a few extra bucks.
