Great stay, only downside was no lockers in our room and only a small safe available for valuables.

Good location, lots of security, a small saw for your valuables that you can fit at least an SLR camera in. The beds felt like a piece of wood with a sheet over it. Really clean. Not a party hostel but great to meet fellow travelers. Friendly staff.

This hostel was pretty boarder line. The reception was nice, bathrooms clean and upstairs patio was decent but the beds were incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable and the breakfast was very basic. The location is great though and the staff had lots of tips. Luckily met quiet a few people which made up for the hostel negatives but I wouldn't stay again.

Lagos is a very small town and this hostel is located about 7 minutes walking from the main square, and about 10-15 minutes walking to the beaches. The free breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, bread / jam/butter, and sometimes a sweet casserole. The bathrooms are cleaned every morning. There are small safes that lock with a passcode of your choosing that would fit passports, money, etc, but they are not big enough to fit a laptop. They book kayak trips for you for 25 euro!

All in all good value for your money. The only upside is that the beds are quite hard and too short if you are a tall person.

Overall, an excellent place to stay! It's about a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk from some really cool bars. The only warning I would give is that the breakfast is not the best, so be prepared! They have a full kitchen though if you want to cook your own food during your stay. Gold Coast has a very social atmosphere very good facilities. Would definitely recommend!

If you book a private room they are in a separate building, which is really nice. A bit separated from the other building which is a bit more party.
