In all of my hostel experiences, this was far and beyond the best hostel I have ever stayed at. I think it's fair to say that it's Brian's doing - he makes the place a community and not just a place to sleep. I was travelling on my own but I don't think I spent more than an hour alone (by choice.) Great people, great facilities, great location, and run to perfection. Looking forward to going back... The hostel is very clean and fresh. The kitchen is well stocked with good pots and pans. It's a shame the (free)computers were in the lounge which was also the TV room, and reading or chatting with other travelers was not possible as people were watching videos in the dark. No reading lights make it very difficult for the bottom bunk person. I understand these 'problems' will be addressed before re-opening next summer. Great place to stay and I increased my stay by an additional 4 nightsThe hostel is very clean and fresh. The kitchen is well stocked with good pots and pans. I had such a great time here. Brian is amazing, so caring, really helpful, takes a group out for dinner every night and get him to do karaoke for you! Loved sitting around and watching DVDs, a really chilled place to be.I had such a great time here. Stay here if you want to sleep on the most uncomfortable beds ever with springs stabbing you in the back and with hair from previous guests in the sheets. The best thing about this hostel is the showers, which are large and drain water, unlike other hostels I have been in. We were woken up every night by loud drunk people that reeked of cigarettes, which was not fun. This hostel was one of the best I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was amazing! We had a great time hanging out in the hostel and going out at night as well. They know how to take care of their guests! With free breakfast and a full kitchen and bbq it made if fun and easy to do Lagos cheaply.This hostel was one of the best I have ever stayed at.
