This accommodation in Amsterdam is located on a quiet side street, just minutes away from the Central Station and in the heart of Dam Center.

This Amsterdam apartment has a very spacious bathroom with bathtub, well equipped kitchen and living room with a comfortable double bed and lounge area with cable tv.

This rental accommodation is situated in a building with 24 hour security. Even though it is in the middle of the city center, it offers a very peaceful living environment. There are several community gardens, and your apartment has its own private garden.

There are stairs that you need to go down to get to the apartment.

The apartment is perfect for family and friends who are coming to experience Amsterdam's attractions and night-life.

***Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-cleaning fee 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:

-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%

-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.

-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.

-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
