Property Information:
Once you enter in the apartment, you will be facing the living area. The living room has three single sofa beds, and a flat screen TV. Windows provide a view of the surrounding areas.
A Fully equipped kitchen which includes a stove, oven, fridge,coffee machine, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and dishwasher, a dishwasher can be used for easy clean up.
Next to the kitchen is the bid dining table for up to 4 guests.
The first bedroom has two single beds to accommodate 2 guests, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds providing comfort to 2 guests.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen, sheets and blankets will be provided.
As an addition, there is a separate toilet for privacy.
Other information:
Smoking is allowed.
***Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
