Golden Sands Hotel Apartments Reviews

This hotel is HARD TO FIND. Mainly because it is spread out in several building, most of the building are used by business people to live in. I called the main number and the guy who answered was zero help and hung up on me. Once I did find one of the building (after asking a dozen people on the street where it was) they were helpful and having a full-sized fridge and a good gym gave me a better impression of the place.

Shower was okay but wasn't very warm could have been hotter instead of being warm wiith cold patches through it. Also a booklet on how to use the washing machine / dryer would have been handy. I needed clean clothes but couldn't get it to work.

Too slow service at reception, if there are more than 1 client, the hostess switch to another one, not finished with the first guest, in parallel answering the phone. As a result the check in process took us more than 1 hour. Moreover the definite sum of money was charged from the credit card without notification although we have already paid the deposit while booking. As for the room- no hot water, there was a leakage in the bathroom, so that the floor was full of water after taking shower.
