The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, the location is quite good and the elevator makes life much easier! Our private room didn't have a window and the breakfast area was a bit disappointing at first, but you could choose from different breakfast options and there was always free tea and coffee and fruit available.

The owner Tony was an absolute gangsta! ( in a good way) he was mad hospitable and ready to help organise anything your little heart desired.

Good clean place and the staff are very nice. Do not however expect to meet any people as it is more of a family oriented guest house/hotel. No bar in the hostel. It was a bit of a let down that our room had no windows.

Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The hotel is very clean and had a wonderful 5-night stay. Will stay here again in the future

Very helpful and knowledgable staff! Anne and Tony made very good recommendations on tours, where to go and such. The night shift guy (sorry i missed the name) was also very accommodating. We arrived in the dead of night ahead of schedule and he just took our passports and gave us a room so we can get some rest. 24hr free coffee is magic! The rooms are quite comfy for the price, too!!!

Good fried rice with egg for breakfast, they accommodated my late arrival, and the daytime concierge, Ann, was phenomenal in every aspect of her being.

Ann , Tony and rest of the staff were lovely! They were so helpful and always very happy to help with any queries or issues. Right by the lake in the old quarter. Clean rooms and bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Tony is so friendly! He is willing to help and he has excellent customer service. Although there was some problems regarding my booking but Tony fixed it right away and made my stay very welcoming. Every single staff is very helpful and I would definitely come back one day.
